Yes! Not only is it a good time to buy, but it's also a great time to list! Why? Buyer's this time of year tend to be more serious. They aren't typically going to be wasting time, day dreaming about "maybe one day", when they have other holiday responsibilities and obligations to attend to. Not only are they more serious, but with the misconception of spring being the "listing season", the inventory is low during these winter months. Those homes that didn't sell over the summer, will probably sell during the winter, when there is less competition.
